This company was started by Jeff Black, a teacher, football coach, and track coach, athletic director, and school administrator. Jeff was learned by working on game fields, practice facilities, his own yards and others, homes, and farm. He had to manage and learn from many others before that helped guide, and develop different ways to help maintain and build his ability and knowledge, and yes, this came from failure has well. Through this failure has helped him be successful and offer his work to give the best of services.

This Company's name and idea came from the work ethic of Elijah Cannon. The way he would work and be successful at so many different things along with the way he had to make everything perfect before he thought it was completed makes him what he is. His work habits, direction, and ability to encourage others is a strong part of this company's foundation, and will continue to lead this company that way.
